An important part of ICPS service is our experience in defective structures due to varying geotechnical issues.
Early identification by our geotechnical engineer of sub-surface or sub-grade conditions can provide information for remedial solutions to minimise further degradation of the structure or provide reports so the claim can be accepted or denied.
We conduct building and structure movement investigations and remedial underpinning designs. ICPS can follow through with design and documentation, tendering, building approval facilitation, supervision and inspections, and finalise the remedial works.
All engineering work is supported by ICPS’ other areas of operations, such as building consultancy and design.
