An important part of our service is our experience in defective structures due to varying geotechnical issues.
Early identification of sub-surface or sub grade conditions can provide information for remedial solutions, so as to minimise further degradation of the structure under study, or reporting such that the claim can be accepted or denied.
We undertake building and structures movement investigations, reporting, and remedial underpinning design on a daily basis.
Where required we carry through with design and documentation, tendering, building approval facilitation, supervision and inspections, and finalisation of the remedial works.
All engineering work is supported by our other areas of operation such as building consultancy and design departments.
